Candleford Inn B&B is located on the border of Lawrence County and Mercer County in the quaint village of Volant, PA.  Open year round in the heart of Amish country, Candleford Inn is just minutes from I-79 or I-80 on Route 208 in western Pennsylvania.  Candleford Inn Bed and Breakfast is within walking distance of over 30 shops and restaurants.  The Inn combines a touch of class with the warmth of a 100+ year old home.  

Candleford Inn B&B has three guest rooms on the second floor as well as a two-room suite on the first floor, each with a private bath.  All guest rooms are furnished with queen-size beds.  See our Guest Rooms page for more details.

Martin Sheen Stayed At Candleford Inn!

We are honored to announce that Martin Sheen stayed at Candleford Inn during his 2002 visit to Volant to film that season's premier of "The West Wing."  Mr. Sheen, who plays President Josiah "Jed" Bartlet in this Emmy Award-winning television drama, is pictured here sitting on the porch of Candleford Inn with innkeepers Howard and Carolyn Moss.  See our West Wing page for more pictures.

For the convenience of our guests, we are now able to accept payments by credit or debit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards as well as most debit cards.  Debit cards must be presented in person since you need to enter a PIN, but we can take credit card information over the phone or through the mail, as well as in person.
